Post a “Need” if there’s something the community can offer to help you make progress on a project or recover during this crisis.  Needs should be innovation or business driven, rather than personal. Ask for the specific tools, skills, knowledge or partner that would help you move a specific initiative forward. 

Post a “Have” if you have time, talents or treasure - any type of resource - that you’d be willing to share that could support the community.  It might be a job or contractor opportunity, resources for masks/shields, time or subject matter expertise or dozens of other ways to help.

Leave a reply if you have a suggestion to support the request in a post. If you can provide a solution, suggestion, or offer specific help share the details here. Once the Synapse team reviews your suggestion they will make an off-line email intro between you and the post’s author. This keeps your private information private, while ensuring that the connections we help you make are as meaningful as possible.
