Description: Learn how to overcome the mistake of creating an unfair equity split with partners early on in the life of a business, through the conventional process of static equity splits (i.e. 50/50 partners). Learn how to better track community resources and support as critical inputs to your business, and how this illustration of support can help encourage more support. The Slicing Pie methodology, developed by Mike Moyer is a dynamic model for tracking equity (ownership in a business) as well as tracking community support and pro-bono consulting/professional services you have received.
Your facilitator is Dr. Andrew Gold, a Wall Street veteran who has a passion for corporate financials, start-up financial needs and enjoys teaching financial literacy to everyone.
