She is an accomplished senior finance leader with over 20 years experience in diverse corporate finance, M&A and treasury positions in Fortune 50 companies and senior banking roles in top international financial institutions.

Julie has proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions, recognized leader in project and structured finance (multiple awards received), extensive business strategy and development, financial planning, and deal execution experience in the Telecom, Technology and Media sectors.

Julie is an active Angel Investor through TechFinance Ventures, Band of Angels, Astia Angels and is an investor in several early stage funds. She is member of SPRK Investor network and Toniic, a global community of impact investors. She also services on the Advisory Boards of several early-stage tech companies.

Julie serves on several Non Profit Boards. She is Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board of Womankind and the Steering Committee of the Asian Women Giving Circle.
