Tonya Elmore – President & CEO at Tampa Bay Innovation Center
Ms. Elmore is the president & CEO of the Tampa Bay Innovation Center. The Innovation Center, an accelerator for early-stage technology firms, is a regional, national and international known success story that has been in operation for seventeen years that continues to build momentum for the tech startup community in Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay region. Tonya serves on numerous Community Boards and was recently recognized as one of the 25 people to watch in 2020 by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and as People to Know in St. Petersburg by Florida Trend.
Michael Hall – Co-Founder, Digital Grass Innovation & Technology

Sarah Davidson – CEO and Founder, Resility Health
Sarah founded Resility Health with a mission to reduce the mental and physical health problems caused by chronic stress, after personally struggling with these issues. Resility Health is now focused on teaching teenagers about mindfulness and positive ways to manage stress. Prior to Resility, Sarah spent over 10 years in marketing leadership roles at IBM and founded a Hong Kong based import/export firm. She has an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC Chapel Hill.
