Lauren Reyes is the VP Operations for the Tampa Metropolitan YMCA. She also serves as the Faculty Trainer for YMCA Diversity, Inclusion and Global Courses
and is the Immediate Past chair of YMCA USA Multicultural Advisory Committee

• Unconscious bias and the dangers of being “color blind” (self-reflection & empathy)
• Cultural lenses (seeking to understand)
• Vulnerability, open dialogue, & the creation of brave spaces (communication)
