Lillya Nashanchik is a Senior Talent Partner and Technology Recruiting Lead with extensive experience building a recruiting function and employer brand for tech-centric companies in high growth mode. Her specialty is building engineering, product management, and data departments. Lillya excels at creating strategic partnerships with the technical leadership team to create hiring initiatives and goals. She has a strong focus on building and maintaining candidate relationships to keep a consistent talent pipeline. She is an expert on building remote and globally distributed teams.

Prior to joining Chameleon Collective, Lillya built a niche consulting practice in New York City. Her works involved tactical recruiting for technology roles at Silicon Alley tech startups as well as strategic consulting on many related to talent acquisition.
