Join SIM South Florida, ISACA South Florida, Palm Beach Tech, and Venture Cafe Miami for the first in a series of events focused on providing actionable advice to leaders in the tech community to build a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

The saying “Actions speak louder than words” is true and it’s time for each of us to ask ourselves what we are doing to build an inclusive tech community? Let’s start with recruiting. Do you “post and pray” and hope that your generic job post will not only get you the right candidate but also create a diverse team? What does your current company culture say about diversity and inclusion? Would it attract diverse team members?

On November 5th we have an amazing line up of presentations to help you recruit more intentionally and create an inclusive environment where everyone wants to work. On November 6th we have a job fair with presentations targeted to the diverse candidate followed by the SIM Foundation VIP Networking Reception.
