Wellness Power Hour: Yoga for Mental Clarity | Miguel Cedeno + Center for Social Change

Feeling a bit foggy, constantly distracted, uninspired, or perhaps just tired?

This class will have Light movement and healthy breath work to guide you into a deep meditation to create distance from our daily distractions. Miguel Cedeno is looking forward to help you get to your mental clarity and creative space back through this yoga for mental clarity workshop!

Wellness Power Hour is a special #VCMVirtual series powered by the Center for Social Change to help the community focus on different health and wellness activities each week. Join us every Thursday from 5-6 pm for new content on how to live a better, more active, and more mindful life during this pandemic.

About the Instructor: Miguel Cedeno


Miguel Cedeno is a hatha & Ashtanga yoga teacher. Hatha yoga is a classical form of yoga which involves breath work and meditation, while Ashtanga is more of a physical form with movement and poses. In his class, he combines the two to create experiences that will give you awareness and peace of mind.
