We are seeking a Project Manager with CRM experience for a contract role in Tampa Bay. This will be an initial 6-month project that could be extended in 2021. You will be working on CRM related projects and you will need related work experience in this area to support these initiatives.
The consultant will be required to work on-site in Clearwater when employees return to the office.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of Information Technology projects to ensure that goals and/or objectives of each project are accomplished within prescribed time-frame and budgetary parameters.
Develop IT project plans, including (but not limited to) milestones, user acceptance testing and sign-offs
Develop risk analyses for each project, including critical dependencies and contingency plans
Work with IT Management and cross-functional Leadership to schedule IT projects based on available resources
Develop dashboards and report project statuses to IT Management and relevant project stakeholders
BS Degree or related experience
10+ years direct experience as an IT Project Manager
5+ years of proven leadership and management experience
Proven experience implementing and supporting CRM (SalesForce) project initiatives, preferably SalesForce Service
Experience compiling financial project cost data, coordinating business requirements and managing feasibility studies and time/cost estimates
Experience with process design, workflow analysis, re-engineering or other change management techniques whose purpose is to make and implement recommendations to improve effectiveness
Experience with Waterfall & Agile SDLC methodologies
Proficiency with MS Project, and and Project Server
Proficiency with Agile PM software-tools and other PPM Applications a definite plus
Excellent communication skills to collaborate wight peers, stakeholders and vendors.
